JAMES B. BONNER III

President

Jim is a dedicated family and businessman, leading the charge at Spartan Emergency Water Removal, Madi Mae’s Rug Washing, and Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning. He is an honorably discharged wounded disabled USMC Veteran and a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent. Most importantly, he is a family man. Jim and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 20 years, with two outstanding children, Colin and Madison. One of the most important pieces for Jim is taking care of his employees. Jim is a mentor to many in the company, working with individuals to help them excel in their career and providing nuggets of wisdom both on the professional and personal platforms of life. He truly invests in his teams.

Brian Torrence

Industry Experience/Certifications: He held many jobs prior to coming to work for Spartan that helped prepare him for his current role. He has a Class A Contractors License.

Favorite Memory at Spartan: He build the Spartan Bar and enjoyed the fact that he had free creative range when it came to the design.
